Nat founded Wave in 2017 and is our CEO. He likes to describe his job as him “just keeping the wheels on the van,” but anyone that has met him knows that he is very involved in Wave and he helps everyone to be successful at their roles. He’s the best boss! His favorite part of working here is the fact that he “loves building a business and working with a fun team. Free soda isn’t bad either.”

Nat loves drinking Wave, his favorite flavor is “Tangerine, but it really depends on the time of the day and my mood.” He usually likes to pair his Waves with a bacon cheese burger because according to him, “I am a simple man.” According to him, the best place to get a bacon cheeseburger is Fuddruckers. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family which includes his wife, Mia; 5 kids; and dogs Mav and Whiskey. When he isn’t spending time with family, he enjoys doing carpentry!

He’s our boss, we have to be! Just kidding! Nat has created an amazing sorta soda brand! He’s building a healthy soda replacement that’s a flavored sparkling water. We are so excited to be on this journey with him to spread our natural soda all across the country. We’re stoked to have you supporting Nat’s dreams of having an uplifting drink available for everyone.

JW has been with Wave since 2021 and is our VP of Sales! He talks with beverage buyers at grocery stores all across the country and pitches Wave Soda to them. He is the guy that makes sure Wave Soda is sold in your local grocery stores! When we asked him what his favorite thing about working at Wave is, he said, “the culture and the people!”

JW’s favorite flavor of Wave is Blackberry, which he likes to pair with a lobster and a nice slice of cheesecake. During the week, his favorite thing to do is close deals! But, in his free time, he likes to hike, swim, and explore with his family!

On top of all these other great things about JW, we’re excited about him because he’s driven to promote our natural soda. His passion for Wave helps him spread the word about our sparkling water brand. He’s been essential with getting more people familiar with our flavored sparkling water! We’re stoked he chooses to be a part of our politely caffeinated family!

Rachel started with Wave in 2018 and is our Director of Operations! When we asked her to describe her job, she said, “in this role, I wear many hats! Some days it's accounting, some days it's trade shows, some days it's marketing and some days it's HR.” It’s true. She’s our rockstar! She says that her favorite part of working here is that everyone wears many hats and that we get to dip our hands into many different areas. “We're also lucky we have a CEO who allows us to excel in what we want to do and creates such a fun work environment for us!”

Rachel’s favorite flavor of Wave “depends on the day! Usually Grapefruit or Blueberry, some days it's Mango, but Cucumber is great too!” Her absolute favorite food is “any type of pasta. Always.” We asked her about her favorite place to get pasta and she told us that she doesn’t discriminate, anywhere is great. On the weekends, she loves going to the beach or on hikes but during the week, her favorite activity is binge watching Netflix in her PJs! 

On top of all these other great things about Rachel, we’re excited about her because we could not build a healthy soda alternative without her. Her passion for creating the next gen soda helps get everyone else excited about the sparkling water brand that we have built! She’s always sharing our healthy soda with her friends and everyone she meets. She’s truly been a huge contributor to the success of our natural soda! We’re stoked that she chooses to be a part of our sorta soda family!

Allie has been with Wave since 2020 and is our content creation coordinator! She’s the voice of Wave! She writes all of the blogs, emails, and text notifications. When we asked her what her favorite thing about working at Wave is, she said, “The team! Everyone on staff is so friendly and welcoming. We all work hard and support each other. It's an awesome environment to work in.”

Allie’s favorite flavor of Wave is a three-way tie between apple, mango, and blueberry which she likes to have with sweet potato gnocchi (or pretty much anything else because she loves so many kinds of food)! On the weekends, Allie likes hanging out with her family and have bonfires. When she’s not with her family, she likes to go to the beach or go on hikes and enjoy the silence and serenity of nature. 

On top of all these great things about Allie, we’re so glad to have her on the team because she’s always so excited about our keto soda. Her drive to grow Wave helps her share our flavored sparkling water with so many people that love our sorta soda! She’s always raving about our healthy soda alternative. Allie’s been instrumental in spreading the stoke for our natural soda! We’re excited to have her as part of our politely caffeinated family!

Charlie has been with Wave since 2022 and is our Supply Chain Coordinator! He makes sure we stay on top of our soda production and makes sure that our products get to where they need to go when they need to be there! He helps keep our process a well-oiled machine. When we asked him what his favorite thing about working at Wave is, he said, “I love working at Wave because when you're part of something you believe in and work with people you love, it doesn't feel like work at all."

Charlie’s favorite flavor of Wave is "for sure Dr Diego." which he likes to pair with sushi. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym or having a beach day with his friends.

Nadia has been with Wave since 2017 and is our Director of Graphic Design! She works on creating the visual side/face of the brand. When we asked her what her favorite thing about working at Wave is, she said, “Wave Soda was one of the first brands I started working on as a freelancer. It is so awesome to be able to work on expanding and growing the brand over time. Nat has always given me creative freedom and trusted my opinion. All of the team members I work with are very nice and I wish to meet them all in person one day.” We’ve never met Nadia in person because she is based out of South Africa!

According to Nadia her favorite flavor of Wave is “based purely on esthetics ;) And that's why I love them all, they are like my babies.” She hasn’t been able to actually drink our sodas due to shipping restrictions, but if she could drink them, she would love to pair them with pizza that has lots of cheese, chilies, and olives on it!

On the weekends, Nadia enjoys going for walks in the mountains with Patrys, her pup. When she’s not walking with Patrys, she loves hiking and fly fishing in remote nature with her hubby, Pierre, and Patrys.

On top of all these other amazing things about Nadia, we’re excited about her because without her, we couldn’t have our flavored sparkling water! Her passion and creativity helps us build a bright and beautiful sorta soda! She always has amazing new ideas for our healthy soda alternative. She’s been integral in bringing our keto soda to life! We’re stoked she chooses to be a part of our politely caffeinated family!

Mia has been with Wave since the beginning, in 2017. She is our mama bear! She’s always happy and can make you laugh no matter what! WE LOVE HER! 

Mia’s favorite food is crab, which she likes to have with a cold Mango Wave! On the weekends, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach. When she’s not spending time with her family at the beach, she likes to still be at the beach, soaking up the sun! 

She’s the one that brings the party to our natural soda office! Mia can always make us laugh and puts the uplifting in our uplifting soda! We’re always stoked to have her pop in and cheer us on while we’re building our flavored sparkling water brand. We could not have the sorta soda that we do without her.

Winston is our big, fluffy mascot! We actually don’t know that much about Winston. He doesn’t belong to any of us! His owner works just across the parking lot (we’ve never met his owner), but Winston comes and visits us almost every day! We do know that he’s a really chill dog who loves taking cat naps in our office! Oh, and, his middle name is Moose!

If you give him Jiminy's pet treats, he will sit, shake, lay down, and balance it on his nose! Something that makes Winston special is that he may be big, but he’s a teddy bear who would never hurt a fly!

Mav is our lead attention-getter! He is an energetic 3 year old black lab whose favorite things to do are chase balls and get lots of belly rubs. When he’s not doing that, you can find him napping in a comfy chair saving up energy to chase more balls.

If you give him his favorite treat, Jiminy’s Original Cricket Cookies, he’ll give you a handshake!

Roxy is our ball chasing expert! She’s an extremely energetic 5 year old pup whose favorite things to do is run and play fetch (with a ball, of course). When she’s not running around playing fetch, she is playing with her squeaky toys or is trying to get you to throw something so she can fetch it. She will try to get you to throw anything you possibly can so she can fetch it, including cardboard boxes.

If you give her chicken and apple sausage bites, she will do lots of tricks, including bang, spin, shy, shake, beg, roll over, stand, prayers, yoga, high five, hoop jumping, sitting under you, boop, and paw. She’s definitely a trick dog! A fun fact about Roxy is that she has spots on her ear in the shape of a paw print! It’s natural!

Whiskey is our CEO of being Tiny! He is a teeny tiny 1 year old puppy whose favorite thing to do is get lots of snuggles. When he’s not doing that, you can find him playing with his older brother, Mav!

If you give him his favorite treat, Jiminy’s Pumpkin Cricket Treats, he might sit for you. You’ll probably give him a treat even if he doesn’t sit because he’s pretty hard to say no to.

Reef is our VP of Jumping. She’s a 1 year old puppy whose favorite things to do are jump and get pets. When she’s not doing that, you can find her sunbathing in any sunny spot she can find.

If you give her her favorite treat, chicken and apple bites, she’ll sit and jump for you!

Charlie is our resident Zen Guru! He is a very relaxed 10 year old pup (he’s going to live forever) whose favorite activities are going on walks and taking naps. When he’s not doing his two favorite things, he’s playing with his favorite toy, a blue monkey called Blue! 

If you give him chicken chips (the only kind of treat he eats; he’s picky), he’ll sit and give you a paw! You can either tell him to ‘sit’ or ‘sitta’ and he’ll know what to do, because he is bilingual! He understands both English and Swedish. A fun fact about Charlie is that he’s traveled to over EIGHT different countries! He’s a true world traveler!
