The 2020 Winter Solstice marks the shortest day of the year (daylight wise)!
If you are a sunshine lover, this is actually great news because starting tomorrow the daylight will start staying longer and longer each night!
It can be difficult to stay motivated and cheery when the days feel so short, so today Wave Soda brings you a list of our favorite night time activities that you don't need daylight for!
Star Gazing
One of the beautiful advantages to less daylight, means more dark skies!
This allows optimum time for star gazing.
Just last week you might have been able to see a meteor shower if you wandered outside.
Starting the first week of September and peaking around December 13th and 14th, the Geminid Meteor Shower graced the night skies.
