Tip #1 Designate a work space
Setting up a specific area in the house as your work space is a psychological trick you can play on your brain. Once you establish it as a work zone, it is easier to get into "work mode" and maintain focus. Try it out!
Tip #2 Take breaks
Just because you're in the comfort of your own home does not mean you don't deserve a break! Set breaks for yourself as you would at the office, but instead take that time to get some fresh air, make a snack, or spend a few minutes with the kids!
