What Is Emotional-Freedom Technique?

Abbreviated as EFT, the technique is a treatment method that offers healing from physical and emotional pain and disease.

The technique was created by Gary Craig and is a form of acupuncture but without the needles.

EFT can be mastered anywhere, by anyone, and it is completely free.

All that's left for you to do is to try it!

Basics Of Tapping

EFT is commonly referred to as tapping.

The process of EFT consists of two main things:

  • firstly, a person speaks a statement of the problem they are having, along with a complete acknowledgement and acceptance of the problem
  • secondly, the person will tap specific points on the body saying the statement and releasing fear around the physical or emotional issues

Watch the following short clip to get a better idea of the technique.
