Basics Of Tapping
EFT is commonly referred to as tapping.
The process of EFT consists of two main things:
- firstly, a person speaks a statement of the problem they are having, along with a complete acknowledgement and acceptance of the problem
- secondly, the person will tap specific points on the body saying the statement and releasing fear around the physical or emotional issues
