Thanksgiving just isn't Thanksgiving without some delicious stuffing, am I right?
With this year's festivities being a little different than usual due to the virus, why not stick with that theme and try out a different stuffing recipe!

You'll need the following to make it:
Four simple steps to this stuffing recipe and you're on your way to food-coma land!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread bread crumbs on a baking sheet (or two if they won't fit on one)
- Bake around 10 minutes, until the crumbs are dry and toasted
- Melt vegan butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat, add onions and celery and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add in all of the seasonings, stir and cook another 1 minute. Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once is has boiled, remove from heat
- In a mixing bowl, pour mixture over the bread crumbs and stir gently until fully combined. Cover bowl with aluminum foil and let sit for 5 minutes. Remove foil, fluff, and serve!
