Celebrate National Seafood Bisque Day With This One-Step Recipe

 

Hard to hate something that only has one step, right?

Celebrate today with this seafood bisque recipe that takes under 30 minutes to make!

As always, this recipe is best served with a side of refreshing Wave Soda.

Whip It Up

Remember how I said this would take under 30 minutes and only had one step? Well check this bisque, baby. 

1. Grab a saucepan and heat evaporated milk, half-and-half, white wine, roasted red pepper, butter, bay leaf, salt, and hot pepper sauce  over medium-low heat, stirring often, until the mixture becomes very hot (about 5 minutes). Stir in clams with their juice, oysters and mushrooms. Cover and cook until oysters are heated (about 3 minutes). Remove the bay leaf and sprinkle on the green onions. Serve hot!
