Celebrate National Seafood Bisque Day With This One-Step Recipe

Hard to hate something that only has one step, right?

Celebrate today with this seafood bisque recipe that takes under 30 minutes to make!

As always, this recipe is best served with a side of refreshing Wave Soda.

Grab Your Ingredients

I'm pretty sure bisque is just a fancy way of saying soup and soup is a class

meal, always.

After you make yourself a little Wave Cocktail, grab the following:

I love this recipe because it uses so many natural ingredients, kind of like our all-natural fruit soda

Whip It Up

Remember how I said this would take under 30 minutes and only had one step? Well check this bisque, baby.

1. Grab a saucepan and heat evaporated milk, half-and-half, white wine, roasted red pepper, butter, bay leaf, salt, and hot pepper sauce  over medium-low heat, stirring often, until the mixture becomes very hot (about 5 minutes). Stir in clams with their juice, oysters and mushrooms. Cover and cook until oysters are heated (about 3 minutes). Remove the bay leaf and sprinkle on the green onions. Serve hot!

I am so excited to try this!

One of my favorite parts of writing our Wave Soda Blog is discovering new recipes to try out and I am jazzed about this one.

Last week's Cajun Gumbo recipe, although delicious, was a bit of a process so it's nice to have another option.

From personal experience, I know that cooking can work up quite a sweat, so make sure to stay refreshed and hydrated with tasty sparkling water
